Our services include both physical and mental health. It is our goal to make sure our patients are given the best care possible so that they may have a comfortable and healthy life. Nursing may be the best choice for a patient if he or she has recently experienced:
- A fall within the past 14 days
- Changes in medication as a result of a chronic condition
- A hospitalization or exacerbation of Congestive Heart Failure
- A recent hospitalization or exacerbation of COPD
- Hyper or hypotension with recent changes in medications
- New wound or incision
- A surgical procedure requiring post-op nursing care
- AFib diagnosis with medication changes
- Pneumonia or Bronchitis episode within the past 14 days
- Recent CVA (cardio-vascular accident) or decline
- Diabetes Mellitus (especially if patient has had changes or it is uncontrolled)
- Parkinson’s – decline with recent changes in medications
- Cancer diagnosis
- New feeding tube or Foley catheter
- Unmanageable pain
- Orthopedic surgery addressing therapy needs with anticoagulant management
